Weird intermittent problem with traction control and acceleration

I hit a deer a few months back that totaled my 4runner. I spent the last couple months rebuilding and doing a few upgrades but a problem persists. The first time the problem arose was the night I hit the deer. It activated the traction control and made it so I could barely accelerate over 55mph.
I limped it home and rebuilt all the body work, redid the suspension adding an ARB bumper and skid plate system.
I've drove it a few times and it seemed to run just like before the accident, until it didn't.
Now the problem from the night off the accident seems to have resurfaced. I was driving along the other day on dry pavement and the traction control lights came on and it applied the brakes to the right front wheel causing the car to jerk in that direction. Very scary. Then later I got the traction lights when going around a turn accompanied by the beeping sound that's reserved for when you are in a slide.
And then there's the power issue that seems to follow these events, afterwards it feels like I have half the horsepower of the engine and accelerates very slowly.
I did some searching and found nothing similar. Looking for some advice on where to start with this problem.
I am leaving towards wheel speed sensor?

Search for zero point calibration. After my rear brakes were dragging, i had issues like that for a week

I actually seem to have fixed it. I adjusted my toe in alignment to get my steering wheel centered correctly. I think that's what did it. I do plan on doing a zero point calibration as well but wanted to make sure I wasn't masking a problem.
I also cleaned the drivers front wheel sensor and cleaned the maf and throttle body but I don't think those were the culprit.
I had no idea these vehicles were so sensitive to steering wheel alignment. Pretty sophisticated traction control in these, I guess.
Thanks for the help.
