I have a contact with a local metal vendor through work that does our laser cutting. The side pieces were like 70 bucks each the fairing was 115. I spent note on the cross rails.
The mounting brackets are pretty much identical to the sherpa roof rack. They are Z brackets that mount to the bottom of 2 rails. Don't have any closeups at the moment tlbut I'll snap some later.

Stretched her legs a bit at uwharrie this morning to test the clearance and lockers. The TacoRunner did great. Love the setup with the lockers. Literally made it possible to walk right up just about anything I could clear.

Been a while since an update.
Haven't done too much, but after going to uwharrie last weekend I was able to test fit the tent for out big camping trip on the 23rd and see how the rack holds up. Fabricated some brackets to mount the CVT awning.
The rack has left a little more to be desired.. I'll probably rework it in the next off season. The mounting holes I came up with aren't 100% as I thought it would work out but everything is on and it's holding up so far.
I'll probably need to go from 1/4" hardware holding the side rails to the cross bars to 5/16 just to be on the safe side but for now it should do. Just waiting on the side molle panels to show up so I can complete the outside.
Oh yea.. also bought thr plans to build some pull out drawers in the rear and ordered all the material..so that should be a fun project next

Not many large update as of recent, just been getting everything together for a 2 night camping/offroading trip to uwharrie this coming weekend.
I did do a small finishing things in the last week though:
-reloctaed/mounted the winch control box to the radiator support
-FINALLY installed a window washer tank I bought on Amazon.
The control box couldn't sit on top of the winch without cutting thr grill out around it, so my brother suggested I take it off amd hard mount it else where, great idea.
The window washer tank was so long overdue and missed... 30 bucks and less than an hour later (1 rivet nut to mount the tank bracket and splicing 2 wires to the factory plug) I have working window washer sprayers ( front only. Didn't care for the rear since I can't see put of it with the tire and jack anyhow).

In preparation for what looks like is going to be a VERY wet weekend camping trip I wemt through and mounted my axe and shovel on the tire swing out. I don't mind the look of them on the molle panels, but I don't have those yet, and here the little added weight is pretty low to the ground and is physically a lot more accessible.

I think a TRD PRO grill would make that front end look even more mean.

I agree, just didn't feel like spending the extra money on one since the surround I bought already came with the insert, but I've been eying some on ebay for a while. Would be a very fast swap. If I do it, it will definitely be the one without the raptor-style lights though.

So in the disappointment of having to winch up the 2nd ledge of Daniel at URE this past weekend I have another set of parts coming to compliment my Icon shocks going on hopefully in the next 3-4 weeks...
I just put in an order for Front Range offroad rear link set with the pan-hard bar and ordered a set of extended rear brakelines from Apex Overland.
The plan is that the combination of the new parts will allow for significantly improve down-travel and overall articulation over the current setup. That, coupled with disconnected sway bars that I plan on running next time around should give me quite a bit more articulation than I have now, so we shall see! Now to figure out a time to use the work forklift in order to test the before and after....

Finally washed the car after the last outing off road. Definitely found some trail scars lol.
Used both sliders really good, both sides of the rear bumper (really happy I went the rattle can route on this one lol) , dented every skid, and found a bent lower rear link on the passenger side from an impact on a rock.
Already had some links on order from front range offroad but they are delayed... really toying with the idea of designing my own... did a quick material price out and looks like I can build a set for around 200 bucks cheaper than buying... if the parts are all in stock that's probably what I'll do.
The trd pro grill came in today as well (imitation of course lol) and I love the look. Also got another piece of overland gear.. my Amazon version of the trasharoo (which actually seemed to have some not-so-good reviews).
