Hyperflash L Turn signal, DMM shows 0.617 Amps max

Hi,

My left turn signal has a pigtail harness connected to it and it hyperflashes, there are no LED anywhere, and I have looked at all the bulbs, the Hazard flashes all sides fine.

I connected a DMM to see the current draw and saw it fluctuate between 0.002 Amps and 0.617 Amps on the high end (but saw values a bit lower as well e.g. 0.5ish).

Does this means that the relay behind the fusebox is ok or shot?, any ideas how may I troubleshoot this further?

Have you checked all the lights on both front and rear of the L side?

Did you check the light harness in the front driver side, its common for that to get water in and burn out and do weird things. Mine would hyperflash after rain sometimes and when I pulled it out it was all burnt up in side. Its this part, super easy to change out.
