+/- $10k. time is money too, and looking endlessly is a pain. with so little rust, i think it comes down to maintenance needs (and whether you can do some of your own work). spend $100 and take it to another toyota dealership and get a pre-purchase inspection. have then bring you out into the bay to discuss while on the lift.
