Valve cover or cam shaft gasket on v8?

I've got a leak BEHIND the power steering pump

I thought the leak was from the power steering pump and replaced it as it was super noisy anyway. However, after replacement the bracket behind the pump is soaked in oil. It's not red, so I don't think it's power steering fluid.

With a fresh PS pump, my best bets for that area are camshaft seals and valve cover gaskets. Any guesses as to which? Also betting I'm low on oil, but haven't checked...

It's hard to say what is leaking with so much oil spread out in the area, I would recommend using some brake cleaner and or some Simple Green or similar degreaser to clean it the best you can and then watch it to determine where the oil shows up as it leaks out.

Check it often because as the oil leaks out with the engine running the oil will start spreading from the cooling fan blowing the oil back into the same areas as it is now.

Report back as I'm sure others may have a similar leak.

Cleaned with break cleaner. Drove for 15 minutes. Here are the results:

From feeling around, nothing is coming from the bottom edge of the timing cover which is a good sign... But I'm not entirely sure.

A full valve cover gasket kit from felpro is 30$. I'm thinking I do that, then do an oil change with Mobil1 high mileage and Lucas stop leak. Between the two, hopefully the problem is fixed.
