Issues with jba UCA bushings?

Been getting a lot of popping noises from the front end lately particularly when coming to a stop. Had it in for sway bar links and the pops got softer but came back. Shop had me do stops to get the noise while they watched and said the control arms are flexing forward then back and it appeared the noise was coming from the UCA bushings.

Has anyone encountered similar circumstances on their own arms or heard of issues with jba? Wondering if its a fluke or problem.

I've had the same popping sound recently when turning full lock to the left when pulling into a parking spot. I was wondering if it could be the JBA arms as well. I've had them on for about 8 months now with no issues, it just started this week. Interested to see what others experiences are. But it could be a lot of different things like older steering components ext. I have not investigated it yet to see the cause.

I bought a used set of JBA arms and will need to replace the bushings soon. Do they take stock bushings? I'll be following this post just in case I run across this issue in the future.

JBA sells replacement bushings on their site. I'll be contacting them about their 1yr warranty on balljoints and bushings and report back. I'm right at about 8mo of use on them as well.

Can you post a picture of your UCAs? 8 months is typically really not normal for a bushing fail unless there are other problems.
Did you install the additional washers on the inside of the bushings?

I'll post up pics a little later today when I can resize them for posting on a computer. But the mechanic who installed them went off the instructions provided with the arms. I too find it hard to believe and might bring it to another shop for a second opinion.

Any video of the sound you are hearing. I get this metal clink sound when hitting a bump. It seemed to lessen after I did the lca bushings and itre and otre... But I still get the clink. I have jbas.... Wonder if it's the same thing u are experiencing.

I've attached photos. First 2 are driver's side, next two are passenger side. If anyone sees anything wrong please let me know. I'll try and get video later.

As for the sound, its like a metallic clank and often a pop. Beyond that I can't really describe it. I tried getting video from inside the car but the ambient sound was so bad it washed out the noises I was trying to get.

Also, I'm HIGHLY HIGHLY suspicious of the lower arms. I've had issues with them before because the shop that installed them did not properly torque the camber bolts which came loose causing the arm to shift and make LOUD pops. They tightened the bolts and the loud pops went away but the quiet ones remained and were very inconsistent from that point on.
