Thanks for the suggestion. What are you using for heat? I have a benzomatic propane torch, but haven't had any luck. Was thinking of picking up an oxy-map torch but am concerned that might be too hot and damage/warp the surface of the head.

That isnt as much of an issue as mechanically degrading the aluminum threads on the head and pulling them with the sheared bolt.

The benzo propane torch and be a bit stingy, you dont want the sheared bolt to get red hot. Let it completely cool, the drcoffe dremel suggestion is a good one.

As is pulling and taking it to a shop.
