Question Wheel Hub Bearing Assembly Suggestions?

Shop said my RF wheel bearing is going out and I'm wondering what you guys use for replacements? I've read that rock auto bearings are pretty dodgy. Has anyone had any experience with them? I need something that will ship to Canada. I'm just looking for the whole assembly since it's a lot of work to press bearings. Should I replace them in pairs or is just the one ok? Thanks guys.

What’s your mileage?

You might want to consider replacing both in a pair

I used jersey built hubs and they worked out great

I installed Jersey built hubs a couple years ago, no complaints.

Be aware they take a couple weeks to build and ship.

I guess we're all assuming OP has a 4WD.

I went with the Beck/Arnley assemblies from Amazon. Did both as long as I was going to the trouble. Figure if one's going bad, the other side's not far behind. So far, so good although they've only been on for a couple of months at this point. In January, they were $95ish (USD) each...about the same at RockAuto, IIRC. Looks like they're up to $109 at Amazon, today.

X2 on Beck/Arnley from Rock Auto. Replaced both a year ago and no issues.

Don’t know if he ships north of the wall, but I’ve been running these since about 2017 I’d say so about four years and maybe 40k if I had to guess. No problems.

I guess I'll just go with the Dorman ones they seem to have pretty good feedback and they're good n cheap.

360k kms, yeah I think I'll replace both but tbh I'm not convinced they even need replacing yet I have been trying to hear them make noise and I don't hear anything.

I don't think we get 2wd 4runners here in maple syrup land, thanks for the reply!

I had a mechanic knock out a bad bearing but it took 3 hours. Best to go with full assembly. Takes under 1/2 hours.

Amazon.com : 4runner wheel bearing

Nothing wrong with RockAuto. They sell the same parts everyone else sells. I just put two in both front assemblies made by WJB. They have the same NGK bearings and they fit perfectly. Smooth....They had them on sale recently.... I bought 2 for $96 shipped. Now they are $108 each.

Timken been making wheel bearings for decades.
