Custom-fit sun shields for door windows?

Do such things exist for purchase (specifically for the front doors)? I'm thinking of something like this, but for our 4runners:

Set of 2 Custom Fit Automotive Reflective Front Seat Side Window Sunshade for Toyota Sienna

If not... any good and easy DIY ideas to make my own?

Weather Tech makes some custom fit sunshades for the full car. They are a bit expensive though

Wow, if that's the only retail option, I'll just cut up some reflective board material and make my own.

Here's a buy-it-for-life shade for the front. I don't think they make them for the windows, though.

Might I ask why? If it’s to keep the truck cooler you might get what you’re looking for with a quality ceramic tint. Doesn’t necessarily need to be dark in color to keep out the heat. As long as it’s ceramic.

Yeah it's to keep truck cool in the summer. Tinting the front door windows is technically illegal in California... so yeah.

Yolo
Jk but I have my front two at 50% and see cops daily on the 1 and 101, knock on wood, never had them even look in my direction. Given that I only really drive it 1 or 2 times a week to work on those highways

If you want deluxe window covers take a look at Strawfoot Handmade. They look great especially for renegade camping. You have to pay for the quality.
Window Covers: Toyota 4runner 5th Gen. 2010-Current – Strawfoot Handmade

The cheapest solution is a DIY from Reflectix material. But you really should figure out a way to finish the edges. I’ve tried various tapes but they get gummy after a while.

I think you’re allowed modest tint on the front windows in California. I want to say like 70%, meaning it allows 70% of light through. Blocking out heat has more to do with the quality of the tint. Specifically, something like a quality 3M ceramic tint can reduce heat without being very dark.

For the windshield I’d check out Covercraft
