Summitt Cruisers tire swing out for 4R?

Anyone know if there is anything out there like the Summitt Cruiser tire swing out for the 4th gen 4runner?

80 Series Factory Bumper Swing Out DIY Kits | IH8MUD Forum

Might be harder on the 4runner due to the bumper material but could be doable. I know there is always DIY as well.

This is exactly what I'm looking for. Minimal tire swing out w/o a new bumper!

thanks for the info. I don't realy care for the hitch mounted ones. Not my cup of tea aesthetically. I like the minimalism of the Summit and it looks pretty "oem"... I've seen someone build one into their oem bumper on here by extending mounting points outwards from each end of the plastic bumper.

These are the DIY swingouts I have saved. As Montijo mentioned, gfxcruncher's is the most "OEM" looking, where only the hinges come through

Agreed. Gfx is the most oem looking! I messaged him the other night for some insights on adapting his design along w the summit cruiser design.

That being said does anyone know if the newer 4th gen bumper covers fit older 4th gens w the red reflectors in the corners?

I think they'll clip on, but the flares and wheel well shapes are different

Does anyone know if the Wilco tire carrier works with the V8 lower trailer hitch? I know the RIGd ultraswing does not work. Thanks

I've been running the Wilco on my 04 V8 sport for over a year now. Departure angle sucks, but otherwise works just fine. I just was tired of driving around without a spare and got it used for $250 and couldn't pass it up since my 275/70r17 bfg's wouldn't fit underneath
