White letters out ????

Not any more !! So I had my Revos on for a while and stopped at the tire shop and said how much to flop my tires to blackwall out. He said I have FREE rotation and balance coming on my tires since I bought them there. so they did a rotate and balance FREE and for an add'l $21.33 flopped all 5 to blacks out and out the door I went.

Looks much better

Rims look smaller & tires look bigger ( per my wifes opinion)

hmmm... i was thinking of flipping my tires to show the white letters out. it looks off roadey to me but some say here that the letters tend to look like crap overtime and is a pain to clean.

Good choice. I too prefer the blackwall out as the tire looks bigger and the owl is too hard to keep clean.

Yea harder to keep clean and white letters just do not look right on a truck. Plus no advertising for them.

I think white letters ONLY look right on a truck. White letters on a car just looks silly these days.

I can think of plenty trucks/SUVs with white letters out from the factory, but I can't think of any cars that come that way. Anyone else?

The only white letters that ever looked good to me is the BFG AT block letters.

Maybe it depends on you region or how the dealer orders them . Not many on lots here with them.

On the 4R's only sport comes with them ( at least here) SR5 & Limited have blackwall's.

I like whites out on my SE. It's like part of the SE dress code and it stands out and screams Sport Edition. Of course it's all subjective. I plan to get some Bridgestone REVO's or BFG's for our SR5 soon with the whites out. I agree they are a pain to keep cleaner but if the tires get dirty anyway it doesn't really matter to me. Nothing a pressure washer and a tire brush can't fix.
