Obvious ones:
Suspension
Extended links
UCA's
BMC
What others am I missing?
Do I have to do a diff drop?
Please help, thanks!

To clarify, I'm assuming you are talking about a 3/2 lift. There are a few people who do a 3/3 lift, but generally speaking you aim for symmetry.
Suspension is obviously the big one. I'd recommend Dobinsons or Eibach personally, but its very much a personal choice and will depend on what you want to run. I wish I'd gone long travel on the rear from the start, but whatever.
With a full 3/2 lift, you might or might not need UCAs. Depending on mileage though, it's not bad to go ahead and do it. Once you start offroading them the old ones will wear out fast. Personally, I'm a fan of the adjustability of the SPC UCAs.
You do not need extended links or a BMC to run 33s. Extended rear links might be good to get, but you can just use 2nd gen 4runner links for that if I remember right. For the front, you need a sway bar relocation bracket, which will cost you all of 20$ on ebay. Oh, also, you don't need a diff drop. That is more important on the 5th gens. We start at negative CV joint angle, so the first inch of lift up front is "free".
I started with the Eibach 2.75/1 lift, and I cleared 255/80/17s on FJ Cruiser wheels with no BMC. I was rubbing a bit on the fenders when going downhill at full stuff, but not a ton. Throwing on SPC uppers and maxing out my LCAs forward motion made a big difference in the amount of space I have in the wheel well.
