what? again?? well if you seriously think adding a bottle of lubegard will fix a slipping transmission or that it has to be multiple gears for worn clutches, then i clearly know more than you.
& why do slipping clutches usually involve multiple gears? clutches can go bad in just one or 2 or all gears. i have had transmissions that slipped only on 1-2 shifts, or 3-4 shifts or only going into OD & even only in reverse, its not always multiple gears & is very common to only be 1 or 2. & yes its obvious fixing worn clutches requires tear down, thanks for enlightening us all on that...
so, if its an "issue in the valve body" youre actually suggesting lube guard will fix that? highly doubt that one. or that removing a trans cooler (which he stated he didnt touch & V6's dont have aux trans coolers) will get dirt & "trash" in the valve body & cause slipping? you are aware theres a filter before fluid goes to the valve body right?? & if by some miracle this "trash" gets to the valve body, how will lube guard remove that piece of stuck debris?? i was just stating a fact lubegard is designed for fixing shudder, if it was for slipping it would be advertised that way too.
i wasnt trying to argue with you, but your ASSumption i dont know about transmissions are rather comical. but thats ok, i just remembered you are the guy that thinks maxlife destroys transmissions... yet the link you posted that you found searching google was just some guy that thinks his old already worn trans was damaged from using it with zero proof or logic it was the fluid that caused his issue & 9 out of 10 people in that link laughed at the guy & proved him wrong!
think what you want, but the statements & "advice" you provided in this thread & the maxlife nonsense are flat out wrong. have a nice day.
