2008 Uban runner guys using MAESTRO rr question

HI guys, I am replacing my old aftermarket head Unit with a new Kenwood DNX997xr and wanted the MAESTRO RR so i can get tire pressure and gauges, I also purchased the to1 harness, long story short my truck original HU was the TOM TOM one, I took the new HU to a place to have it installed after 3 hours the guys says he cant install the MAESTRO or the to1 in my truck cause it is not compatible, I told him I knew other people have installed it and it works, anyway they charged me $350 for the install but didnt install the MAESTRO or to1 is there anyone that can help me out in the NJ shore area? I really wanted this installed but now i am broke wasnt expecting such a high price for half of what I wanted installed. I am not good with wire tracing and stuff like that to do it myself...

Or if anyone has a detailed wiring for the MAESTRO and TO1 please post it, then maybe I can bring it back with the info and see if I can get it installed or attempt myself.

I can help a little, in NJ too and have MAESTRO in my 08 with Kenwood:

Guides from idatalink maestro support guides
KEN-RR(SR)-TOY01-DS-OG
ADS-RR(SR)-TOY01-DS-IG

Ignore tire pressures I had them set high due to truck sitting during the initial COVID timeframe.

that would be great thanks! From what I was told the urban runner does not have a standard wire harness like the other models and the new HU had to be spliced in, that is why they told me I could not use the MAESTRO. Crutfield didnt have anything on their sight for the urban runner.

KrazedJD...The Installer at tronix said the wire diagram for MAESTRO doesnt match up with the wire colors in my truck, I feel now I got completely ripped off by them. Looking at the wiring diagrams is too confusing to me. I wouldnt attempt it myself.

finally found the actual wire harness layout for the urban runner with tom tom HU. You can see how different it is from normal 4runners. Can someone help me install the maestro RR and T01 wire harness adapter?

going to need to hardwire or disect the t01 harness. its not as plug and play as you think, the odb port is plugged in, but you still need to hardwire the included harness of the maestro so you dont hack up the t01 harness.

i think the wire color might be the same as i posted on the other thread. use that as a guide.

take a pic of the original maestro harness, the colors of the wire.
