You will probably find your Toyota dealer (and most other shops) will recommend replacing your rotors instead of turning them. In my experience, as long as good quality rotors are used, it's actually better in the long run. Your dealer will use OEM rotors which are just fine.
As for pads, yes, there is a lower cost pad that is sometimes included in brake "specials." Skip it and go for the same pads that came in your vehicle. They don't coast that much more. Do not get tempted to go to the TRD performance pads though. Yes, they do stop a bit better, but the amount of dust they generate just isn't worth it. Oh, and they don't last as long either.
If you haven't had your calipers replaced yet, they will probably recommend it. For peace of mind, I'd recommend it too. You don't want to wipe out a brand new set of rotors and pads when an old caliper locks up.
