Did you mark the front and rear U joint? If so, that might help to align. Or you can use the zerks as reference as they all fall in straight line. I just removed my driveshaft a couple of days ago, so i noticed that the zerks are in straight line. I also marked, just in case.
btw, misaligned spline in driveshaft will only cause some vibrations. If it occurs probably a driveline specialist might be able to counter balance it with weights. Hope this helps
