Extended Wheel Studs

Hey Gang,

I know this has been talked about on the forums here a bit. I’ve done my research and found that I can run ARP extended studs for my new wheel setup on my 07 4Runner. Only thing is the studs are on back order and are minimum 6 weeks out everywhere and are gonna run me around 400 CAD for the set for my truck. I even looked into ordering OEM studs from Toyota - both IS300 and Matrix studs. Found out both are 40mm in length (same as my 4Runner studs) so they will not work.

That all being said does anyone have any other options? I’ve found these supreme studs on Amazon but I’m not sure if they’ll actually work on a 4Runner as I think they are listed for a 2nd Gen Tacoma?

Amazon.com: Supreme Suspensions - 12x Extended Wheel Studs Kit for All Toyota Tacoma with M12X1.5 Studs [Front or Rear Wheels]: Automotive

Let me know thoughts and if anyone has any other ideas.

Cheers!

They give you the dimensions so you should be able to figure it out.

Extended Wheel Studs

Double check somehow but 2nd Gen Tacoma’s and 4th gens take the same wheel bearings, so studs should be the same as well.

Edit: they should work.

My only recommendation is, do not cheap out on wheel studs or go with an off brand just because it’s in stock now. I’d wait for the ARP’s or find OEM studs that are longer.
