Seeking Advice on Adding a Switch to Interrupt Headlight Power

I recently installed Boslla B4 Bullet headlight bulbs. For those unfamiliar, these bulbs have both yellow and white LEDs so they can be configured on the fly as follows:

White - Normal driving

White/Yellow - Rain/Snow

Yellow - Fog

Flashing Yellow - Emergency (not pictured)

The driver switches color modes by turning off the headlights and turning them back on. That's easy enough but I was thinking of wiring up a button switch for the empty spot in my center console that would swap modes by momentarily interrupting the power to the headlights.

Seems pretty simple and I'm comfortable doing wiring work but wanted to see whether 1) anyone had any advice based on doing something similar involving the headlights, or 2) anyone might mention something I've missed that would preclude making this work. TIA.

Pretty simple to interrupt the headlight relay with your own intermittent button. Just need to look at the wiring diagram manual. I have a OEM toyota switch if you need one with harness that would fit your open slots. Just pm me if you want one.

I assume you have the ability to check the wiring diagram and sort this out?

Sorry for the delayed response, had some things come up. So I decided wiring a switch likely isn't worth the time to do it, especially at the moment (I'm in public health emergency preparedness & the Delta variant has us scrambling).

Thanks for your response and I regret taking your time on something I should have thought through better.
