4th Gen Led issue with Speedometer

We recently purchased an 06 SR5. The 3 led lights behind the speedometer remain off 95% of the time. 1 will come on 4% of the time for a low glow and sometimes flicker on and off, all 3 will come on for 1% of the time and flicker on and off.

When I pulled the cluster and took it apart, I could see no cracks in the solder (thinking a break in the solder may be causing interruption to the current).

Would replacement of all 3 leds remedy this issue or could there be something else causing the leds not to remain lit (they all seem to work for seconds but then flicker on/off or remain off).

All other leds work including those on the RPM side and those on the gas/temp gauge side.

Appreciate any input and thank you for your time.

Have you relaced the led or tried moving to a sockets that is working correctly?
