best seat covers for 4th gen?

i searched the forum but didn't find too much on the subject: seat covers that fit the 4th gen seats well. anyone out there using a specific brand/style that they're really happy with? just want to find the best/most form fitting option available. thanks!

I searched for a while but most recommendations were for seat covers that were several hundred dollars at least. I just wanted something to cover up my front seats since I was doing a lot of road tripping. I also had some wear on the driver seat that’s typical of a higher mileage vehicle.

My goals were simply to protect the seats from further wear and tear but also provide some dirt protection. I did not need waterproof seat covers. Anyway you go though, it sure seems like the options out there tend to be “hot” and not provide ventilation as compared to something like the stock cloth seats.

I bought a pair of seat covers from Costco about a year and a half ago for around $30. They’ve worked great and they still look great. They are called “TYPE S Wetsuit Seat Covers.”

This was recently posted on some seat covers, it's only the bottom seat cover, and it only one seat cover so you would have to buy 2 for both front seats, there are color choices it seems.

FYI - for 4th gen SE cloth seat owners

I am also using the seat covers from Costco. Bought them 4 years ago and they held up well and fit great. 1 box came with full front 2 seat covers for passenger + driver side.

I just recently bought the same seat covers for $20 on sale a few weeks ago at Costco to replace the old ones. Hopefully, nothing has changed and they still fit great.

Absolutely agree about wetokole seat covers. I've been using mine for several years and they are still like new.
I wonder whether anyone replaces neoprene covers with leather ones. I just don't want to do this. Yes, leather looks great, but it is much easier to pull the covers off and wash them.

My new to me T4R came with ebay "leather" bottoms which has stock stitch pattern and fits nicely as long as foam is in good shape. Covers are direct replacement so seat disassembly is required. The "leather" feels more like vinyl but it more than acceptable for the price.
