I just bought a 2007 Sport (V6 2WD) with 195k miles. I'm treating her like the maintenance has never been done (and I don't believe it has, other than basic oil changes). Here's what I've done:
- Oil change and filter
- Cabin air and engine air filter
- 4 new tires/wiper blades
- Shocks/struts all the way around (used KYB, kept original springs)
- Sway bar/stabilizer bar bushings up front
- Spark plugs (mine still had the original, believe it or not)
- Front calipers and brake pads
- Brake fluid bleed
- Power steering fluid exhange
- Automatic transmission drain and fill (~3.5 quarts, not the full flush)
- Dash bulb replacements where necessary
- Headlight bulbs and headlight casing refinish
EDIT - I should add differential fluid exchange to my list
Still on my list is some body work (has a few small rust spots that need to be ground out and repainted... will do as soon as I get a break in the weather). I'm also keeping an eye on a weeping valve cover gasket; it isn't an active leak but may be something I do next year. I'm also strongly considering a full drain and refill of coolant, but for now I just topped it off with Supertech Toyota & Lexus 50/50... it was low on coolant, so it may have a tiny, tiny leak or it may have just boiled off some coolant over time.
