Lose washer at rear OME shock?

Had OME lift kits from Toytec installed on a 04 4Runner. Found washers at both rear shock absorbers are lose by about 1mm, can be turned by finger easily. The bolt appears to be tight when tighten by a wrench.

Is this normal? Thanks

I can look at mine later, but as long as the strut is mounted correctly and the bolt is torqued down the lower strut mount shouldn’t go anywhere. You’d think it’d be a little more snug but doesn’t seem like an issue

Yea mine doesnt have that washer at all but theres probably 2 cm of space there that id imagine a washer/ spacer would spin free

Thanks for confirming. I was worried about rear shock bushing sliding on the mounting bolt. But it hasn't moved in the last 200 miles.

I noticed this when trying to find the cause of creaking noise since the lift. It sounds like from passenger side rear suspension. But can't quite pin point it yet.

Went back to RPM Garage to retorque suspension and mentioned the loose washer. They added another washer to make it snug. Good service.
