Exhaust manifold removal V6

I am going to be R&R my exhaust manifolds in a few weeks. I have been spraying the nuts/studs down with PB blaster, ATF/Acetone, and Deep Creep alternatively for a month or so now. I am not in a super rust area, but the nuts and exposed studs are rusty, but not like the exhaust bolts farther back in the system. Assuming I get them off without snapping one, should I replace all the studs, or just run a die down them to clean them up and reuse them?

Once the manifold is off, the External Star drive can be used to remove the stud, correct? Does it have (or on reinstallation does it need) Loctite or anything.

Also, many of the DIY tutorials talk about heating a stud/net to cherry red and then quenching it to break the rust free. IF i do that none of the threaded parts can be reused, right?

Thanks in advance,

Replace them all. You cant re-torque them without snapping.

For the V6 1GR-FE is the stud head an E10? I know the one for the small studs in the intake manifold are E7. What is the torque spec for stud insertion into the head? Loctite?

Looking to get factory exhaust studs and nuts...got the part #'s and it does not look too expensive.

If you have access to a scope you might be able to check the condition of the threads to see if its worth running a tap in to just clean them up.
