Does anyone have any idea what this would cost in 2023? I have a 2x4 4runner that I inherited and I am trying to decide between doing the conversion or selling it and finding a factory 4x4.

Same! I just picked up an 05 from the wrong state and the frame is not long for this world. Amazing how much more shows when its on a lift!
