What is this part?

Alright so I have an issue there’s a part on my frame that’s got a hole in it, I cannot for the life of me find out what this is called I’ll post a pic below it’s not my pic but it’s the same part it’s that tube thing.[IMG]A7-FD1-FA6-A99-C-403-C-8-E98-46-C617372737[/IMG]

If it makes you feel any better, I haven't had those on since I've owned mine. Someone must have worked on it previously, broke those bolts off, and never reinstalled it.

Oh yeah? So those aren’t like holding anything important together haha if that’s the case I might just remove them both all together, I figured they didn’t look that important.

Those are supposed to guard the catalytic converters, or protect them offroading or something. Yeah you don't need them. But also no reason to remove them if its a street vehicle.
