Headlight question

I have a 2005 tacoma sr5 & I can leave the headlights on wile driving. When I stop and take the key out of the Ignition the lights stay on until I open the door, then they turn off.
Wondering if there's a way to have this happen with the 2007 SR5 4runner we just bought??

IIRC, pushing the lock button a second time will turn off the headlights.

THE 4RUNNER behaves same way.
however in the 4runner, there is an additional relay that automstically turns off the headlights 90 secs after you exit the car...if you turned off the car with the HL on

if you want to do it like the tacoma, you need the techstream software to change the setting, i have mines set the same as the tacoma, is a headlight delay setting, i dont care for the 30,60,90 setting.
