4th Gen frame swap

i watched the whole thing and skipping occasionaly. in my opinion, they should have just cut the whole frame out of the way and installed the new one. they could have saved a lot of time. here's the video below if you are interested to see. i'm planning on replacing mine too at some point.

It all depends the tools and space you have. I contemplated it with my last runner but luckily was able to sell it. The hardest part was gonna be lifting the body off. But it’s a lot of prep work and replacing anything rusty, all those little things add up.

A long time ago I replaced the rusted-out frame on my '83 Toy 4WD pickup.
Finding a solid 20 yr old frame was the hard part.

It's nice to know that changing the frame has been done before. Gives me some hope in case I replace mine.
