Anyone with an Ultimate MX Hauler- can you open the rear liftgate?

Does anyone have one of the bottle-jack style MX hauler (e.g. Ultimate MX Hauler | MojoMotoSport – MojoMotoSport.com)?

When the bike is off and the rack is in the lower position, can you open your rear liftgate?

Yup.

I sold mine years ago but if I remember correctly, you can’t open the tailgate with it in the up position (bike or no bike) but you definitely can when it’s down.

Awesome- thanks! Yeah I mainly wanted to know if I'm out camping and have the bike with me if I'd have to take the rack off to open the back gate once the bike is off.

Nope, you’re good. And pro tip: cut a small piece of wood to cover the rack when the bike is off - it makes a great camp table!
