Like I said, will make sense when you get in there. Also not surprised by what you found. I see a lot of non-dealer techs/backyard mechanics do the FIPG + Gasket/O-Ring, I have no idea where they got that idea to be honest with you... I know some guys would use FIPG on old cork gaskets on old FJs, but beyond that... not sure why you would bother.
