Front Turn Signal Housing removal?

Noob here. Just picked up a nice 2005 Limited. On the left (drivers) side the turnsignal/DRL housing is cloudy, and after polishing, it is hazed on the inside?
How does this unit come out? I looked behind it and can't find out how it is attached. Does it just "pop" out? I did a search and all I found was bulb replacement, which is very obvious.

Also any leads on a reasonable replacement besides my local dealer?

I will eventually kill my DRL's as I hate them!

Thanks for the help guys!

You can access the fog, and the front turn signal lamp assembly from the fender lines infront of the wheels.
also, here is a PDF attached on how to replace the turn signal...
i think you need to remove a screw and release a claw fitting.

Correct. Note: To remove the turn signal you only need to remove the screw closest to the bumper i.e. for the driver's side signal all that needs to be removed is the screw located farthest to the left. Then tug on the housing from the front of the vehicle while pushing from behind and it will pop out.

That sounds right. I will try and remove that one screw/bolt and see if it pushes out. Sometimes they realease from the front by releasing a clip or something.
Anyway, thanks for the help. Any ideas on a cheap source for an OEM part like that?

I've got the same problem with the Haz in the turn signal. Ebay has some pretty cheap.

Sorry to bump such an old thread, but replacing my Turn signals now.
How in the world do you release the claw fitting? I don't see any way to get to it.

There is 1 Screw in the turn signal and 2 or 3 on the Fog. Remove them. Push fog light out and Turn signal housing will come out with it because they are connected to each other then you can seperate them. Easier than trying to push Fog out by itself

Sorry for bumping an old thread.
I’m trying to replace both, but one side seems be stuck while I had no issues getting the other one off. I removed all 3 screws as shown in the earlier pic and tried to push out from back and pull from front.

Did you ever get this taken care of? How did it go? I want to try this today or tomorrow...

I am at the point where I have the turn signal fog light combo removed, but I can't figure how to separate the them from each other. There is a tab pushed through a slot that keeps them together, and this link here will help w that: Front turn signal lens body replacement

Oh. I had actually cut the original and when I put the new one on I realized you can tilt it (up/down with it facing you) and pull them apart, the fitting/tab keeping them together is like a hook.
