A simple test light is your friend here. First, see if you have power at the bulbs. If not, trace back through the circuit to see where you do and don't. If you have power at the bulbs, check the bulbs for continuity. And don't forget to check your grounds.
Don't just throw parts at what could be a relatively simple problem.
