Wiring diagram help
Happy 2016. I'm finally getting ready to install 2006 XSP power seats into my 03 SR5. I've got the power wiring and all other seat wires for the 03 (seat belt, airbag, occupant sensor, etc.) all figured out. What I don't have a handle on is which wires I need to connect the 03 wires to on the XSP seat connectors (I don't have pigtails for the 06 connectors). I've reviewed the 06 FSM stickied on page 1 of this post and cannot find wiring diagrams. I found all of the seat wiring diagrams for the power components on the 06, just not all of the other wiring (seat belt, airbag, occupant sensor, etc.). Am I missing that info in the 06 FSM? Or can someone please post the wiring diagrams for those particular items? I would be much obliged.
I will be creating a post on the install when I am done, as I have had a hell of a time finding the right info to do this swap.
Thanks!

Can you post pics of the factory harnesses and the plugs on your new seat?

@ pearlj10
2 Things that are brought to my mind which could be completely wrong but 1) I thought XSP was a port option so not sure if seats are standard wired though I think they are just covers over stock seats but not sure 2) I don't think 03-05 SR5 or Sports have the body wiring harness for power seats, I believe only Limiteds came with the 2 front to back body wiring harnesses that have the ability to plug in power seats. These are the 2 things I thought about, but could be off base, good luck.

whoa thread jack. That thing is incredibly easy to install. Search.
The following two diagrams include seatbelt harnesses and passenger seat occupancy sensor wiring:

Thanks for the diagrams ADeFazio. I had skipped over the diagrams for the seat occupancy sensor and buckles. Those are from the 03 FSM, I'm guessing? Here's a photo of the main connection on the XSP SEAT. I'm thinking that I only need to supply power to the two light green wires at top right, and ground to the narrow white/black wire at bottom left, according to the diagrams.

Another shot of the main harness on driver's XSP seat. The two green wires at right are the ones that need power, which is included with my 03 SR5 harness. The ground wiring, I believe, is the narrow white and black wire at left.

This is the other main connector on the XSP seat. The gray and white wires go to the air bag/seat position sensor and I know which two wires from my SR5 harness I need to connect to those. The black and the black with white stripe wire on the XSP connector are for the seat belt buckle sensor, I have no idea which two wires from my SR5 harness need to connect to these.

This is the main passenger connector on the XSP seat. I know I need to run power from the 30 amp fuse in drivers kick panel to the light green wire on XSP harness, and a ground to the narrow white with black strip wire.

Other than running power and ground to the main passenger XSP harness, I am totally lost on how to wire this seat. The green, red, and yellow wires at connector at left in this image go to the lumbar support. This connector looks like it might connect to the connector with the black, yellow, and green wires at right but they certainly do not connect. I'm not even sure what the connector at right with the black, yellow, and green wires is used for. Nor do I have any clue what I need to connect to these two connectors to make the seat work. I would guess that only a power and ground would be needed for the lumbar switch, but why there are three wires in the connector escapes me. Perhaps the connector at right with black, yellow, and green wires is for the passenger seat belt buckle sensor? Again, these XSP seats are from an 06. Any help at all is GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks

I almost forget t this connector on the passenger XSP seat. This one is my guess for the seat belt buckle sensor. Again, no idea what to hook up to this.
