UPDATE: So I spoke with a local trustworthy shop and told them what happened. They can drain it and do an entire flush of the system to remove as much of the old coolant as possible and refill it with Toyota SLLC Pink for $150.

I made an appointment for next Thursday!

My last question though - Will it be okay to wait that long and put between 100-200ish miles on it, or should I try and drive it as little as possible and get it to the shop sooner? I'm not sure how fast the mixed coolants could hurt the engine and want to be careful.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I'm very OCD as you can probably tell and just want to make sure my new/old runner is in tip top shape!

You'll be fine to drive it, if it makes you feel better you can check the reservoir after every time you drive it and if it looks like jello don't drive it anymore , but you should be fine, there's probably not a lot of the Prestone coolant left in there and I doubt it will cause any chemical reactions.

Power steering fluid | (Total) 0.7 liters (0.7 US qts, 0.6 lmp.qts) | ATF DEXRON II or III

There are numerous threads on doing a PS drain and fill and my truck's steering was immediately better when I did mine.
Oh cool. What else can we bring up to really freak out the OP? This guy wont leave his bed before we are done here.

The rear latch issue? Or maybe exercising the spare tire setup? Maybe not a big issue where the OP lives though.
