Product for cleaning dash & door panels
Can anyone recommend a good product to use to clean and restore the door panels and dash on my 2007 sport?
The driver's side door panel is nasty from a summer's worth of sunscreen residue and the passenger side dashboard is miscolored, looks like the wrong cleaning product was used at some point and its very noticeable.
Looking for something that will remove grime safely and restore the original color without causing further damage.

I clean mine with a damp cloth (Simple Green if there's visible dirt) then use Slick Mist Interior Detailer. Couple of pics:
Oh, and see the shine on the hood? That's the same company's Slick Mist Speed Wax. Walmart sells both IIRC.

there are many. even DIY methods. I use griots garage interior cleaner for those parts and I'm happy with it. I don't use it on leather, even though you can, I still prefer the old horse hair brush and woolite detergent/water mixture
Interior Cleaner - Griot'''s Garage
I use their spray wax to wax under my roof rack and was happy with it so decided to give this a try too

When I got my current 4runner the interior left alot to be desired. I used a Mr. Clean erase sponge. Used meguiars interior detailer after then a good leather conditioner on the seats.. Also if you have heavier stains LA's totally awesone cleaner is a great product.

I used 303 forever, however I am a believer in Carpro Perl now, imo lasts longer, collects less dust, and depending on dilution is a great exterior plastic / engine protector, and an excellent tire shine.

Optimum Leather Protectant Plus. Leaves a dry, matte finish and does not attract dust. 303 is also a great product.

I know most people want a simple all in one solution, but I've been using 2 products together which has given me great results.
1) P&S Xpress Interior Cleaner - Cleans really well, safe on all surfaces, affordable, and smells good.
2) 303 Protectant - Since the Xpress is just a cleaner and 303 is basically just a protectant, I then follow up with the 303 for UV protection. It leaves a very nice OEM finish and helps keep the dust from sticking too.
