Got in a quick one day/one night trip up to the local mountains with some buddies. Little wheeling, some shooting, and a couple drinks around the fire... Hard to beat.

Picked up an ARB dual compressor. I have to say this is probably my favorite mod to date (and most practical). I almost went the CO2 route for the speed of airing up, but glad I didn't. I've been more than happy with the performance of the ARB and it's nice not having to deal with tank refills before trips.


Decided to mount it behind the air box and was surprised no one makes a 4th gen mount for this location? Here's what my buddy and I came up with:

Fantastic build so far, loving the attention to detail and the care you're putting into it! I may be partial though.... I also have a 2006 V8 Sport Edition in titanium metallic from Arizona!

Thanks, you've got a good looking 4Runner as well! Definitely hard to beat the V8 Sport Titanium Metallic combo. I need to find a paint matched grille for mine as well.

I bought a color matched Limited grill brand new from this dealer while they were having a sale and free shipping. Was around $160 shipped. WAY better than those cheap aftermarket ones IMO

Some photos from an Eastern Sierra trip last fall. Weekend started out unseasonably warm which wasn't what we were hoping for. We headed up in elevation to find cooler temps and get away from the crowds. On our last day a storm ended up rolling in and dropped some rain/light snow on us on our way out which made for some cool moody shots.
