2007 4RnR Brakes

Need to do a front brake job on a 2007 4RnR. Most likely going to replace the rotors, pads and bleed the system. So, I've seen numerous responses stating OEM brake pads are the best to use. With what I need to do, I usually use RockAuto for parts. What company makes the OEM pads and rotors? The composition of the pads...are they ceramic or a blend of ceramic and copper? Also, apparently there are two sized rotors for an '07, 319mm or 338mm. This is a 2007 Sport V-6.Thanks for any help offered.
