How to remove hvac housing?

The blower door is broke on my hvac setup on my 2003 4runner. I want to pull one from the junk yard to replace it. I find info on replacing the motor, but how do you take out the entire housing behind the glove box.

If you're referring to the housing that has the evaporator and heater core in it, you have to remove the entire dash assembly to remove it.

Here's a link to a search results page for replacing the replacing evaporator coil to help you get an idea of what's all is involved, it's a lot of work to get the housing out to replace the coil and put it all back together, but to remove one at savage yard would be easier because you don't have to put it all back together again and have everything working correctly.
