Passenger side vents has more hot air then the driver side

I drive a rhd 2005 Toyota Hilux Surf 2.7L in Canada, same vehicle as the 4th gen 4runner with minor difference. So I noticed that my driver side vents blow less hot air then the passenger side, I can feel the heat on the driver side vents but it's not blowing the same amount of air as the passenger side. IDK if it's the Blower Motor, Control Module / Resistor, or the Heater Air Door Actuator issue, it get's -10c to -40c in Alberta so having heat in a vehicle is needed lol, any idea's?

I’ve got one vent that blows cold while the others are hot. Air pressure is good, just cold. You sus out your issue?

It's most likely the Temp door actuator 87106-35150 or 87106-35170, same thing, I didn't actually fix the issue yet, been pretty busy lately.
