V8 oil filter relocation kit

May I please have some info on what y'all are using to remotely mount the oil filter on the V8 for ease of access and less mess during a filter swap? I'm sure it's been done but a search pulled up gazzillion topics with the words oil+filter+relocation. There seems to be a ton of vendors who sell these kits but I feel better if some real world feedback is offered.

I've not seen a relocation kit for the V8, nor do I think it's needed, pretty simple access and I don't see it as messy, just put a pan under the filter after you crack it loose and let it drain for a minute or so and remove. No mess.
I don't run a front skid so that's probably where you get the mess.

Relocation kits introduce some delay in getting oil to the engine and allow for more places to leak.

Plenty of oil filter relocation exists on the 'net and our filter isn't anything special. Chances are the threads are standard and matches many other makes of engines. On my landcruiser, several folks use a Ford filter relocation product that seems to be popular.

Hopefully someone will pipe up with their mod.
