I've not seen a relocation kit for the V8, nor do I think it's needed, pretty simple access and I don't see it as messy, just put a pan under the filter after you crack it loose and let it drain for a minute or so and remove. No mess.
I don't run a front skid so that's probably where you get the mess.
Relocation kits introduce some delay in getting oil to the engine and allow for more places to leak.
