Suspension Refresh

So i have the bilstein/ome combo coming in today but while i was in there i wanted to refresh the LCA, UCA with new bushings, etc. Have a little bit of wobble in the steering wheel, and when i'm going over bumps, steering feels a little loose.

so i have on the list
Energy Suspension Bushings Front set
Energy Suspenion Bushings Rear Set
Energy Suspension Rear Shock absorber bushings
(2) moog Front ball joints
(2) moog lower ball joints
(2) AcDelco Front shock absorber bushings
Energy Suspension rear shock bushings

anything i'm missing or i should consider replacing while i'm in there. my drivers boot is torn so i plan to do that at the same time.

As well as paint and rebuld the front calipers, while i have all that stuff off.

Get the Sankei/555/Altrom Ball joints. They're same as OEM.

Here's a link to the lower: Just a moment...
And the upper: Just a moment...

To confirm you order the correct one, throw in your make and model on the NAPA site and search for "555 upper/lower ball joint".

The Sankei/555/Altrom is the OEM supplier. Moog makes good stuff, but the OEM is better.

^+1 on not going Moog.. haven't had any luck with a lot of Moog parts holding up long term, definitely not nearly as long as OEM stuff..

If the cv is coming out for a boot I’d recommend having new diff and knuckle seals just in case.

Sounds like quite the project man. Good luck.

found the diff seal on rockauto but didn't know what the knuckle one was called, thank you didn't even think of seals when pulling the axle out, gonna refresh all the fluids at the same time as well. so i have alot of work to do, most likely i'll start after xmas eve, we have a family gathering and don't want half the truck in the driveway and garage. but i'm just purchasing the parts needed and piling them in the room. i would just rather get this all done in one shot than have to replace stuff down the road i was already messing with. plus i've replaced every part i have laid my hands on since i have had this 4runner so i plan to continue the process.
