Front bumper recommendations

Hello-

I recently hit a bank of snow and messed up the front bumper of my 2008 Toyota 4Runner Sport.

Im trying to decide to replace it with stock parts or some sort of cool after market bumper with a light bar. From what I can tell, I bent what I would call the valence, right support and right mount bracket. Most of the parts are cheap online, but they don't sell the bumper. Plus I would have to get it painted!

Not sure if the supports are used on an after market bumper or not.

Thanks for any help!

So if you hit the side of the bumper, you would need a full after market bumper, as opposed to a middle cut out. My understanding is that most off road/ after market bumpers are going to bolt up to the frame/ you would take off the crash bar and wouldnt use the bumper cover support and bracket.

Otherwise - look on facebook marketplace/ local 4runner groups for people parting out their cars or upgrading their bumpers. Depends what your budget is. I mean itll likely be around $200 for the new bumper cover and parts maybe another 100-200 to paint it. An off road one will be around 1000, but if you have the budget/ and or will use it

I installed a weld together kit from True north fabrication. They sell them already welded if you don’t have the means to. I almost pulled the trigger on a Coastal Off-road kit but their price went up as the true north went on sale. I really them both looks wise. Definitely check out the armor thread. Lots of good stuff in there.
