4.0 Engine Coolant Leak From Behind Block

Hello friends,

I need some advice on a coolant leak that I have found. The coolant is dripping from near where the heater hoses attach to a manifold that is bolted to the back of the engine block. I can see three metal pipes on the manifold that the heater hoses are hooked up to. The middle pipe is dripping coolant. My question is what is that 'manifold' called and does anyone have experience fixing this issue. It looks like there might be a pipe coming out of the back of the block that this manifold is pressed onto for the middle pipe. Is it possible torquing the manifold down a little bit could fix my issue? Is there an o-ring or gasket where the manifold and block mate for that middle pipe? It's difficult to get in there and clearly see what is going on. Even more difficult to see what parts I might need when I don't know the name of that manifold. Any experience or advice would be appreciated!

There is a rear water bypass joint behind the intake manifold. This connects to a heater hose and also to the back of each head. See attached. The water bypass joint in the rear connects to a crossover pipe using an o-ring. That sounds like it could be leaking. Each side of the rear bypass joint connect to each head using a gasket and 3 bolts.
