Opinions on which set of wheels to keep

I really like both sets but I can only keep one. Which do you think looks best on the 4runner?

A:

Tough call! I'm a big fan of the bronze myself (I run the Motegi Trailites), but those TRD wheels do seem to match the overall aesthetic of your truck a little better.

I'm starting to lean this way. I love the style of the bronze wheels, but I think they would look better on a more heavily modified 4runner. That's not the direction I'm going with the build so I'm likely going back to the TRDs. The poll numbers are mostly saying the same, lol.

If you plan on selling one of the sets, I just purchased an 04 and am in Richardson and would be interested. Just a thought.

It’s just my opinion, but I don’t like bronze wheels on a red car. I think they look good on a blue car, though.

Red cars, to me, look better with black, gray and sliver wheels than they do with bronze wheels.

Agree with the others, the TRDs fit your truck better. The others, especially with the Salsa Red, remind me of the gold emblem trend that looked really bad on almost every vehicle that had it.

I am starting to agree with both of you. I love the style of the wheel and the color is beautiful in person, but I think it's the red of the 4runner that is not working for me. The bronze wheels would look way better on a white, black, or dark blue paint job. Salsa red is a little too flashy to have a flashy wheel too, lol. Funny thing is, I had that feeling going into all this but just had to see it for myself. The grey TRD wheels are already back on the 4runner.

Not a fan of gold anything on a vehicle. That said I love my gray TRD wheels!
