I recently purchased 2005 4Runner SR5 (113K miles) with manual seats. I noticed that I couldn't put the driver seat in as an upright position as the passenger side. So the driver is leaning back a bit.
I have both front seats shifted back as far as they will go. And the driver's side is pumped down as low as it goes.
Are both seats supposed to come to the same upright position?

You may want to check where the driver's seat frame attaches/bolts to the floor on the front of the seat, some people modify how it bolts to the floor, by either a aftermarket attachment or a few washers, the "Mod" raises the front of the seat to supposely help taller people from leg fatigue on long drives.
If not that then not sure what the issue would be, both seats should be about the same in stock configuration, but I could be wrong.
