Oil leaking?

Hey guys have oil leaking from the drivers side of my motor. This is a v8. The valve covers are definitely leaking a little bit but there seems to be quite a bit dripping down on my skids. I’ve crawled under there and looked around and I think it may be leaking from another area. I just don’t know what it is and if it could leak oil. Attached is a picture of what I suspect is also leaking.

Your picture is of one of the block coolant drains. No oil would come out of there unless you had more serious issues.

I'd start with replacing the valve cover gaskets and clean up as much of the oil as possible and see if the leak continues after. Valve cover gasket can actually leak more than you might expect.

Sweet that’s what I wanted to confirm. And that was my plan of action was to replace the valve covers and go from there. But saw this was rather oily and didn’t know what it was. Wanted to rule out or prepare for possibly replacing something else.
