I agree with the above posters. But replied to add $0.02, For the front damage if popping them back out from behind does not work you might do a variation on the popular viper cut that the 5th gen and Tacoma owners have been doing. This would remove most of the visible damage. For the rear you might start a search for your local junk yards /pull-a-part places and see if you can score a replacement.
Your location Shows KS, If you are passing through Co this summer there is a guy down the hill from me west of Castle Rock parting out a bunch of 4th gens, after closing up his Toyota shop. Last time I was down his way he had a white Limited late model 4th gen much like yours, Don't recall the status of the rear bumper on it but he was selling bumper covers for like $200-$300 depending on condition.

You might also post a wanted / trade ad here in the 4th Gen for sale forum in case anyone is putting on an aftermarket overland bumper.
