Hard pulling to the right

Hey all!

I got a weird one and it's driving me crazy now.

I have 5100 at 0 clip with OME springs, freedom offroad both upper and lower control arms, no play in any ball joint, calipers are not seized, tires are balanced, belts not shifted, intermidiate shaft replaced, no play in the steering. Alignment just done and I was watching it being done.

What else I should replace?

Are the tires the same? I work on planes for a living and a write up kept coming back that it would turn to the left for a couple weeks straight. Psi was good, no unbalance issues but after the same write up coming back the tire was about 2 inches shorter for the left nose wheel tire compared to the right. Same pn on both anyway long story long.

I realized that when I drive slow like crawling almost, the steering wheel is almost pulsating/forcing truck to go to the right side. I think its related to tires too now. They are evenly worn but! Apparently, Cooper ST Max are known for right side pulling.

So, I want to rotate the right-side tires on the rim and hopefully it will help.
Also, I have a tundra that can borrow tires on rims to check.

Looking at your alignment chart, it does look like your right front caster is out of spec and almost 2 degrees lower than left front caster. Maybe ask the shop to re-adjust it. Note the preferred caster is around 3 degrees but your RF is at 1.3 now. Caster, if left and right is in sync, mainly affect the stability of your steering. IIRC your upper control arm is not adjustable, so they may have to use camber bolts to push the lower ball joint forward.

It won't go past 1.3. Other side can go all the way to 4.5 but r/s won't, it stops at 1.3 it's a max adjustment. Not sure why. The alignment tech told me that caster won't create a pull to the side.
