Anyone here running ARB skid? Are you able to lift the vehicle by the skid?

Hey everyone, I installed the ARB skid in my T4R last week. Last night when doing some maintance I lifted the truck by the skid and it lightly bent in the middle. I tried lifting it again, but this time by the weld in the front-ish part and it seemed to hold up okay. My question is, how many times can I do this before the skid gives up and falls on my face? Is this something the skid should be happy with, or am I tempting fate? TIA

Tempting fate. It's designed to protect and /cushion/ vital sh1t under there if you nail something hard on trail. It takes the damaging force and disperses within so not to transfer force to vital components.
