Spare tire hoist from a GX470?

My Spare hoist is frozen so I am looking for a replacement.

Came across this:
Amazon.com

Anyone try it?

It looks very similar but the cover/guide must bolt on a little differently since it doesn't have the outer holes .... which I think could make future replacement easier.

Mine was seized when I got my truck. I was able to squirt enough penetrant up in there to eventually get the tire down and pump it full of juice to clean out the rust. I now drop the tire before and after winter to lube it. Being in TX you would think it should free up somewhat easily. E-bay shows the one below fitting both vehicles. Aside from it being a chain, it should work.
